چکیده
The poultry population has substantially grown in recent years, and measures to ensure meat quality have also improved significantly. exponential growth of the human eventually resulted increasing demand. In particular, been more favorable nutritive option. Research on feed additives sparked an interest many specialists looking for ways increase performance. use baker's yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, as antibiotic alternative by acting prebiotics probiotics received significant attention. Baker’s yeast contains β-glucans mannan-oligosaccharides its main components. Recent studies shown that baker’s protein source, positively affects performance, blood parameters, immune response. Furthermore, application a fermented additive showed promising results production. diet improves morphological structure gut, thus More informatively, it stimulates intake, increases body weight gain, conversion ratio. system animals reducing various numbers harmful microorganisms combating diseases effectively health. This paper aims synthesize all aspects effect industry role productivity.

There is a great call for using microbial bio-decaffeination approach to remove caffeinefrom caffeinated products and industrial wastes. We aimed in this study to screen strainsof yeasts which exhibit high caffeine tolerance and to investigate the bio-degradation ofcaffeine under growth conditions. Sixteen yeast strains were isolated from the cultivatedtea soils collected from sites of northern...
متن کاملKinetics Studies Impact of Initial pH and Addition of Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae on Biogas Production from Tofu Wastewater in Indonesia
The purpose of this work was to study the effect of initial pH and yeast Saccharomyces Cerevisiae on biogas production from tofu wastewater (TW). The initial pH was varied in ranging of 5 – 9 in substrate without yeast (T5-T9) and with yeast (TY5-TY9). The results showed that optimum initial pH was 8. The maximum biogas was resulted in T8 (275 mL) and TY8 (421 mL). Yeast addition increased tota...

متن کاملCharacterization of Yeast Protein Enzymatic Hydrolysis and Autolysis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Kluyveromyces marxianus
Protein recovery under sonication treatment and autolysis, also protein hydrolysis progress during enzymatic hydrolysis (using trypsin and chymotrypsin) and autolysis (using endogenous enzymes) were investigated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Kluyveromyces marxianus. Crude protein content of dried yeast cells were 53.22% and 45.6% for S.cerevisiae and K.marxianus, respectively. After 96 hrs of...
متن کاملCharacterization of Encapsulated Berberine in Yeast Cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Berberine was loaded in yeast cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiaeas a novel pharmaceutical carrier to improve the treatment ofmany diseases. The yeast-encapsulated active materialsshowedhigh stability and bioavailability due to the enhanced solubility and sustained releasing. In this study, different characteristics of prepared berberine loaded yeast cells (loading capacity, release kinetic order...
